GRILLING CHEESE This cheese is specific to be prepared on grills and roasting plates. Its peculiar characteristic is to become soft without loosing their shape. When in balls, it remains spherical, and when pressed curd cheese ( the Coalho), it remains in bars, but roasted and very soft. It’s consumed in rotisseries, restaurants, bars, and even at home.
